Two-time Grammy and five-time Latin Grammy Award-winner Marc Anthony will return to Prudential Center for his third consecutive Valentine’s Day weekend celebration. Produced by Cardenas Marketing Network, “Concierto del Día de San Valentín” will take to the stage at The Rock on Saturday, February 13 at 8 p.m. The February performance marks the first in Prudential Center’s new Latin Concert Series presented by Goya, which continues the building’slongstanding tradition of popular Latin music programming. Last year, Marc Anthony’s Valentine’s Day show was the highest-selling and highest-attended Latin show in the building’s history.
The new concert follows Marc Anthony’s widely successful “Cambio de Piel” and UNIDO2 tours. Both tours played at stadiums to sold out audiences all over the world. He is currently touring in the United States and Latin America until the end of this year.
March Anthony (@marcanthony) has sold over 12 million albums worldwide, making him one of the most influential artists of his time and a true ambassador of Latin music and culture. He has been awarded countless standard gold and platinum certifications from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). A passionate humanitarian, Anthony launched the Maestro Cares Foundation in January 2012 in a joint endeavor with business associate Henry Cardenas to assist disadvantaged children in Latin America. On April 2, 2014 Marc Anthony and Henry Cardenas opened orphanages in La Romana, Dominican Republic and Barranquilla Colombia. His foundation is currently building additional orphanages in México, Puerto Rico and La Paz, Bolivia.
